Woke up nice and early without much of a hangover - Bonus. Had my full English and then strolled over the road to the yachtclub to test the new kit out again.
Cant remember what I tested out initally but had a go on the majority of the kit there. Again it was the Starboard boards that stood out for me and I got on pretty well with the Kombat 97. The wind got stronger and strongr throughout the day and by lunch. I was overpowered on a 5m so down to a 4.2 and then that soon was too much with some gusts hitting the 35knot mark in the middle of the estuary.
At this point I was testing the Mistral Syncro 76 well powered up with a 4.2m Tushingham sail. Another cracker of a session and another 5 hours on the water which was pretty good.
When everyone was starting to pack up, the wind gradually started to die off which meant kiting time for me.
In all another great Boardwise demo and we were blessed with loadsa wind.
